David S. Daly is a partner in the New Orleans office of Allen & Gooch. He has extensive experience in all aspects of civil litigation, with emphasis in the defense of malpractice and
professional liability litigation, and insurance coverage litigation. For approximately 19 years, David has represented insurance companies and their insureds in a variety of professional liability cases including legal malpractice, insurance agent malpractice, real estate agent malpractice, and accounting malpractice claims.
David has broad litigation experience in defending insurance companies, individuals and corporations in insurance coverage disputes, and has frequently lectured on the duties and obligations of insurers and insureds pursuant to the terms of most insurance contracts. He also frequently speaks to and provides training to insurance companies and individuals concerning the law applicable to professional liability claims, including the prevention of such claims.
