Duperclq v.Illinois Central Railroad, 892 So.2d I24 (La. App. 5 Cir. 12/28/04), defense verdict after trial where Court held that railroad crossing was not proximate cause of plaintiffs accident.
Cormier v.McDonough, 682 So.2d 814 (La. App. 3 Cir. 1996), defense verdict after trial where Jury found that plaintiffs injuries were not caused by accident as plaintiff had been successfully impeached on fifteen occasions during trial.
