S. Brian Perry is a partner in the Lafayette office of Allen & Gooch. His primary area of practice is in the field of maritime, oilfield and energy litigation, and he has substantial experience in state and federal courts with claims involving contractual indemnity, insurance coverage, first-party property and bad faith liability, third-party catastrophic property damage, Jones Act, LHWCA, NORM, vessel collisions and multi-party complex and commercial litigation.
Brian's practice frequently includes the representation of pipeline companies, offshore platform operators, crew boats, drilling companies, exploration and production companies, catering companies and other oilfield service concerns. He also has abroad range of experience in premises liability, automobile, trucking and general casualty claims.
