William H. Parker, III

Billy Parker is a partner in the firm’s Lafayette office, working primarily in the Litigation Practice Group. Billy’s practice focuses on litigation and trial work, dealing with general and auto casualty cases, as well as medical malpractice, legal malpractice, and insurance agent errors and omissions conflicts.

For nearly 29 years, Billy has been involved in disputes involving insurance companies and private corporations dealing with myriad personal injury and property damage claims.

Billy has frequently spoken at firm-sponsored, as well as Bar Association, seminars. He was a member of the Louisiana Law Review from 1979 to 1981, and authored “The Demise of Latent Brake Defect Doctrine in Louisiana” and“Another Look at Louisiana Succession Law: The Ramifications of Succession of Brown.” Mr. Parker is rated “AV” by Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rating offered by that service.
