Stephen is an Associate in the New Orleans office of Allen & Gooch. Stephen focuses his practice on workers compensation and general liability defense. He is particularly known to work well with opposing counsel to achieve the best result for his client, even in contentious situations. His ability to communicate complex legal concepts in a concise and easy to understand manner assists not only his clients’ interest through litigation but also allows him to provide best practices and tips to clients so that they are operating at their full potential. He has experience in countless cases assessing a client’s needs and providing a strategy based in the law to obtain final resolution, whether that be through a quicker settlement or all the way through trial of the matter.
Stephen earned his J.D. cum laude in 2015 from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University. While in law school, Stephen was both a Paul M. Hebert and Chancellor’s Scholar, and served as a Senior Editor on the Louisiana Law Review Editorial Board. He earned the CALI award distinction in Legal Research & Writing. While in law school, Stephen served as a legal extern for the Honorable James J. Brady of the Middle District of Louisiana.
Stephen graduated from Louisiana State University, in 2012, with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. He was a recipient of the LSU Tiger Twelve award as well as Greek Man of the Year. Stephen serves as a volunteer for the Phi Delta Theta Chapter Advisory Board as well as the South Louisiana Alumni Club.
Stephen is admitted to practice in all Louisiana Courts as well as the Middle, Eastern, and Western Districts of Louisiana, and the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals.
