With over 40 years of legal experience, Cyd Sheree Page is now Of Counsel with Allen & Gooch working out of her Monroe, Louisiana-based office. Cyd obtained her undergraduate degree in Education from Northeast Louisiana University in 1980 (now University of Louisiana Monroe). After a year of teaching, she went on to receive her Juris Doctorate from Paul M. Hebert School of Law at LSU in 1984. Cyd also became a certified mediator after received her training in 1997 at the Attorney/Mediator’s Institute in Houston, TX. Cyd’s first 15 years of practice were in Lafayette. Cyd has served as President of the 4th Judicial Bar Association as well as the Fred Fudickar American Inn of Court. She has also served on the Alumni Board of Trustees for the LSU Law Center. While her litigation-based practice has principally involved litigation/trial work, Cyd is now concentrating on the mediation portion of her practice. Her extensive experience in legal matters has allowed her the ability to communicate and relate well to all parties during the mediation process in order to successfully resolve multiple types of disputes.
