Jena Kyle Wynne

Jena Kyle Wynne joined the Lafayette office of Allen & Gooch after practicing for several years with a local firm.  Jena’s primary areas of practice are elder law, special needs, estate planning, and successions.  She is an Estate Planning and Administration Specialist, certified by the Louisiana Board of Legal Specialization, and has represented clients before the trial court and the appellate court.

Jena attended the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University, graduating cum laude with a Juris Doctorate degree and Graduate Diploma in Comparative Law in May of 2015.  While at LSU, she earned the CALI Award in Sales and Leases, Nonprofit Organizations, and Estate Planning.  Additionally, Jena participated on the LSU Tax Moot Competition Team in 2014 and 2015.

Before law school Jena attended Louisiana State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in accounting, graduating in December of 2011.

Jena has given presentations on various topics for the Lafayette Paralegal Association, Live Oak Wealth, ALS Association, SLCC, Rotary Club of South Louisiana, Louisiana Association of School Business, Lourdes Foundation, and Family Tree.

Jena has been named by Super Lawyers to its Louisiana Rising Star list for 2021 – 2023.  This peer designation is awarded only to a select number of accomplished attorneys in each state.  The Rising Stars selection process takes into account peer recognition, professional achievement in legal practice, and other cogent factors.
