S. Brian Perry is a partner in the Lafayette office of Allen & Gooch. His practice is focused on civil litigation in state and federal courts in the fields of admiralty and maritime personal injury and wrongful death defense; property damage; Jones Act; Section 905(b) vessel negligence; collisions; and contractual indemnity and insurance. Brian’s practice also frequently includes the defense of automobile liability, premises liability, and general casualty claims.

With over 20 years of experience, the depth of Brian’s knowledge allows him to provide valuable assessments and recommendations helping clients to control costs, avoid expensive disputes whenever possible, and efficiently resolve disputes when they arise.
