Allen & Gooch Mourns Passing of Partner Frank A. Flynn

Allen & Gooch is profoundly saddened by the loss of beloved Partner, Frank A. Flynn, who passed away early Tuesday, May 14th. A visitation wake will be held on Thursday, May 16th from 4-7pm at the First Presbyterian of Lafayette located at 1130 Johnston Street in Lafayette, LA.

Frank joined Allen & Gooch in December of 1979, and the firm was lucky enough to enjoy his smooth wit for nearly 40 years. As a well-respected workers’ compensation attorney, Frank made a lasting impression on those he worked with for his kind, friendly manner. He was highly renowned as a true gentleman, so finding an ill word against him would be quite the challenge.

Frank was the kind of guy you would want to sit next to at a party or dinner so you wouldn’t miss any of his famously understated remarks. When something important happened, you wanted to get his take. If you had a life challenge, you wanted his advice. He was one-of-a-kind. No, really, he honestly was. And to say he will be greatly missed is an understatement.
